GOLF: Rich Terry, Denny Lofay, Mike Ledwedge and Brad Hess beat the team of Rod Eckleberry, Skip Bozarth, Dutch Edeburn and Pete Meisner on the second playoff hole with a 12 under to Bump’s Tuesday Traveling Group at Fostoria Country Club. Taking third with a 10 under was Fritz Smith, Bill Williams, Paul Martoramo and Mike Palmer. Next week’s scramble is at Sycamore Springs near Arlington, beginning at 10 a.m.

n The New Riegel Athletic Boosters will hold the New Riegel Open on July 14 at Loudon Meadows Golf Course with an 8:30 a.m. shotgun start. Cost is $50 per golfer and includes 18 holes, two carts per team, T-bone steak lunch and prizes. Sign up ends July 7. n Seneca Hills Golf Club will host the Slate Real Estate Art Graham Adult-Child Open on July 22 at 4 p.m. The event has four flights based on age — 3-7, 8-12, 13-17, and 18-up — and includes a nine-hole scramble with drinks, prizes, gift and barbecue cookout.
