The Seneca County Sheriff's Office is investigating the report of a teenage girl who was allegedly videotaped in her bathroom.
Detective Sgt. Kevin Reinbolt of the Seneca County Sheriff's Office said a 13-year-old girl and a family member went to the sheriff's office Monday to report the girl had found a hidden video camera in her bathroom.
Reinbolt said the girl discovered the camera after first seeing a blinking light in a heater in the bathroom.
"When she saw it, she then saw a camera video-taping," he said.
Reinbolt said a suspect has been named, and SD cards, a camera and computer were taken from the girl's TR 21 residence. He said the videotaping is believed to have been going on for about a week.
The items taken from the residence have been forwarded to the Toledo Police Department to be analyzed, Reinbolt said.
