Teresa Kessler Scholarship says thanks
The Teresa Kessler Scholarship Big Cup Scramble held Sept. 8, at Fostoria Country Club was very successful. We thank the hospitality of Andy, Cheryl and all the crew at the course.

The Franciscan Earth Literacy Center is so grateful and humbled by the way the Tiffin community came out to donate items and purchase things at the our recent sale! Over $3,000 was raised and the combined efforts will make it possible for us to provide 30 camp scholarships for next summer.

Congratulations to cast and crew of “To Kill a Mockingbird” at the Ritz
Congratulations to Lois Eisenhard and the cast and crew of The Ritz Players for their production of “To Kill a Mockingbird.” Every cast member did an outstanding job of bringing this difficult play to life. I hope you can get to The Ritz to see this show on the for the final weekend this weeken. I also know that Gregory Peck is smiling down on John Kahler for his brilliant portrayal of the brave Atticus Finch!

involved with 53rd Halloween parade
Tiffin Developmental Center would like to extend a sincere thank you to all who played a part in the TDC 53rd Annual Halloween Parade Oct. 20. Congratulations to TDC’s Activities/Nevada group for winning first place in the TDC float category and Cub Scout Pack 471 for winning first place in the community floats and the People’s Choice Award!
A special thank you goes to Mr. Andrew Kalnow for serving as the Grand Marshal. It was an honor to have him at this year’s parade. We also want to thank Reineke Dealership and Baumann Auto Group for the use of their cars and trucks, Rogers Flowers for the corsages, Tim Horton’s for the donuts, the float judges, the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Tiffin City Police, and Seneca County Sheriff’s Office.
A big thank you goes out to Halloween Parade Committee members and the many TDC staff and individuals who assist with/or participate in the parade. They work very hard, spending a great deal of time and effort in helping to make the yearly parades such a success and their support is greatly appreciated.
We also want to thank the many, many people who came out to watch the Halloween Parade. You make it worthwhile every year, and we look forward to seeing you again at next year’s parade on Oct. 18, 2020!
