James ‘Anthony’ Poignon II
James “Anthony” Poignon II, 35, of Findlay, died unexpectedly Sunday, Feb. 9, 2020, after battling cancer for years.
He was born April 16, 1984, in Tiffin, to James A. and Pam (Schube) Poignon.
He is survived by his father, James “Jim” A. Poignon of Springfield, Virginia; mother, Pam Schube of Tiffin; daughter, Faith Annmarie Poignon of Van Buren; sister, Afton M. Poignon of Holland; sister, Merissa L. (Chris) Perry of Tiffin; brother, Jordan N. Clouse of Holland; sister, Meranda J. Clouse of Carey; and grandparents, James A. Poignon and Sandra and Ronald Baillie, all of Tiffin.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Shirley Poignon.
Mr. Poignon served in the United States Marine Corps 2006 to 2012, serving a tour of duty in Iraq.

His funeral will begin at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 18, at the funeral home with the Rev. Timothy Kummerer officiating. Burial will follow in St. Boniface Catholic Cemetery with military honors being conducted by New Riegel American Legion.
