Dixie L. Feasel

Dixie L. Feasel, 66, of Tiffin, passed away at 11:04 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 2, 2019, at Blanchard Valley Hospital, Findlay, after a courageous 11-year battle with breast cancer.

She was born May 26, 1953, in Tiffin, to Nicholas D. and Genevieve (Kipps) Biller. She married Brian Feasel July 10, 1971, at St. John’s United Church of Christ, Tiffin, and he survives.

Survivors also include her son, Shane (Jami) Feasel of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, and two grandsons, Cooper James Feasel and Callen Shane Feasel.

Dixie was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Jerry Biller; and a sister, Nancy Miller.

Dixie retired from the Tiffin Police Department as secretary of the Criminal Division after 30 years. She was a member of the St. John’s United Church of Christ and the Tiffin Eagles. Dixie was a 1971 graduate of Tiffin Columbian who enjoyed scrapbooking and spending time at the lake with her husband, Brian.

Visitation for family and friends will be 4-7 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 6, 2019, at Engle-Shook Funeral Home & Crematory, Tiffin.

The funeral services for Dixie will begin at 10 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 7, 2019, at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Seneca Memory Gardens.
