Ronald ‘Bosco’ E. Everhart
Ronald “Bosco” E. Everhart, 62, of Tiffin, passed away Friday, May 17, 2019, at Bridge Hospice, Bowling Green.
He was born July 10, 1956, in Tiffin, to Charles and Alma (Sendelbach) Everhart. After dating three weeks, he married the love of his life, Sylvia J. Benavidez March 24, 1979.
Survivors include his mother, Alma Everhart of Tiffin; wife, Sylvia Everhart of Tiffin; son, Christopher (Jackie) Everhart of Tiffin; daughter, Heather (Frank) Steinhauser of Tiffin; brother, Larry (Annette) Everhart of Tiffin; sister, Cathy (Clyde “Mitch”) Smith of Tiffin; and four grandchildren, Caleb, Brooklyn, Selena and Wyatt.
He was preceded in death by his father and infant brothers, James and Michael.
Ronald graduated in 1975 from Tiffin Columbian High School and started working at Ameriwood, retiring in 2018 after 42 years. He loved his job and enjoyed golfing with the kids, bowling, corn hole tournaments and watching the Browns, Cavs and Indians. Ronald will be remembered for his infectious smile, followed by a giggle. He made friends with everyone.
Friends may visit with the family 4-8 p.m. Thursday, May 23, 2019, at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory, 236 S. Washington St., Tiffin, OH 44883, (419) 447-2424. Prayers will begin at 3:30 p.m. prior to visitation.
His funeral Mass will begin at 10 a.m. Friday, May 24, 2019, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, with the Rev. Joseph Szybka officiating. A rosary will be prayed 20 minutes prior to Mass. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church, Financial Assistance for Cancer Treatment of Seneca County, Bridge Hospice or Armes Family Cancer Care Center in Findlay.
