Edwin C. Bailey Jr. | Advertiser-Tribune Edwin C. Bailey Jr., 61, of Fostoria, died Tuesday, Oct. 20, 2015, at his home. He was born May 30, 1954, in Toledo, to Edwin and Patricia (Valenti) Bailey Sr. Survivors include a daughter, Cara (Shannon) Smith of Fremont; his fiancee, Mary of the Philippines; a brother, Robert Bailey of Findlay; four sisters, Jody (Khaled) Hejab of Findlay, Kitty (Don) Bergstedt and Patricia Y. Atwan, both of Fostoria, and Susan (Brian) Orians of Medina; and seven grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Richard Bailey; and a sister, Linda Igou.
