Tiffin woman sentenced to community control
A Tiffin woman was sentenced to community control during a hearing in Seneca County Common Pleas Court Judge Michael Kelbley’s courtroom.
Amanda M. Jordan, 31, entered a written negotiated plea of guilty to a charge of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.
Kelbley sentenced her to three years of community control and granted credit for four days served in Seneca County Jail, according to court records.
Jordan must enter and complete all recommended programs by the Participating in Victory of Transition drug recovery program and enter and complete the medication-assisted treatment program.
She also must undergo a minimum of weekly drug and/or alcohol urinalysis and be evaluated and complete a substance abuse rehabilitation program through Rigel Recovery Services as directed, court records state.
