Tiffin man charged | Advertiser-Tribune A Tiffin man was charged after a person reported a man was unresponsive in a vehicle at B & B Foodmart on Tuesday afternoon. Austin E.J. Porter, 24, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under suspension, according to Tiffin-Fostoria Municipal Court and Tiffin Police Department. The incident was reported at 3:50 p.m.
