Man’s community control continued

A man’s community control was continued during a hearing in Seneca County Common Pleas Court Judge Steve Shuff’s courtroom Thursday.

Thomas A. Breitigam Jr., 25, had pleaded guilty to a charge of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

Shuff ordered Breitigam to serve two years of community control and granted credit for time served. He also ordered Breitigam to enter and complete CROSSWAEH and undergo random drug and alcohol urinalysis.

Shuff continued Breitigam’s community control from a 2018 case.

In that case, Breitigam had pleaded guilty to a charge of trafficking in cocaine, a fifth-degree felony.

Breitigam must pay a fine.
