A Fremont woman has been accused of stealing lottery tickets from a Green Springs business.

Abigail C. Schratt, 21, was indicted by a Seneca County grand jury on a charge of theft, a fifth-degree felony, according to court records.

The alleged theft involved lottery tickets with a value of $1,000 or more from Green Springs Corner Drive Thru between Nov. 17 and Dec. 1, they state.

Schratt was indicted by the grand jury Thursday and was served with the charge by a Seneca County Sheriff’s Office deputy Sunday afternoon, according to court records.

Seneca County Common Pleas Court Judge Steve Shuff is to preside over the case.
