Bloomdale woman sentenced to prison

A Bloomdale woman was sentenced to more than four years in prison during a hearing in Seneca County Common Pleas Court Judge Michael Kelbley’s courtroom.

Leane M. Schock, 41, entered a written negotiated plea of guilty to a charge of tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony.

She also admitted she violated the terms of her community control in a previous case.

Schock had pleaded guilty to charges of complicity to safecracking, a fourth-degree felony, and complicity to breaking and entering and complicity to theft, fifth-degree felonies.

Kelbley sentenced her to four years and two months in prison.

Seneca County Prosecutor’s Office agreed not to oppose a properly filed motion for judicial release if Schock serves six months in prison, there are no unfavorable reports from the institution and she enters and completes the Participating in Victory of Transition program.
