Ribbon-cutting for TCS, United Way partnership project
The Seneca Regional Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors will host a ribbon cutting for “Pay It Forward!”, Tiffin City Schools’ new donation-led project being undertaken in partnership with Tiffin-Seneca United Way.
The ceremony will take place Wednesday, Dec. 18, 2019 at 12:30 p.m at the new donation center and shop at 244 S. Monroe St., behind the Administration building, according to a release from the Seneca Regional Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors.

School staff and community members can donate new or gently used clothing, shoes and hygiene items, and families can “shop” during designated days and times for free and essential items they may need, it states. Referrals to other community resources are also provided on site, it states. Donation and store schedules will be shared on a monthly basis via Tiffin City Schools’ Facebook page and @TCSSocialworker on Twitter, it states.
“Pay It Forward!” is also meant to provide Tiffin Columbian students with career experience, job skills and social skills needed to work for public entities, the release states.
