Fostoria man charged with arson
FOSTORIA — A Fostoria man has been accused of setting fire to a vehicle as a result of an ongoing domestic situation, according to Fostoria Police Department.
Harold L. Black, 41, was arrested Thursday and charged with arson, a fourth-degree felony, according to the police department.
He was incarcerated in Seneca County Jail.
Black allegedly set fire to a vehicle outside his estranged girlfriend’s residence at 818 E. Fremont St. on Nov. 14, according to the police department.
Items were sent to Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation’s crime laboratory and State Fire Marshal’s laboratory for analysis.
The incident was under investigation Thursday.
