Alvada man’s bond set at $1 million
Bond was set at $1 million for an Alvada man accused of sex-related crimes.
Daniel P. Swing, 65, was charged with two counts of rape, both first-degree felonies, and two counts of sexual battery, both third-degree felonies, according to court records.
The alleged crimes were July 7, according to his indictment.
Seneca County Common Pleas Court Judge Steve Shuff set Swing’s bond at $1 million, without a 10% allowance, according to court records.
Shuff ordered Swing to have no contact with the alleged victim, they state.
