Alvada man indicted on sex-related charges
An Alvada man has been accused of sex-related crimes.
Daniel P. Swing, 65, is being charged with two counts of rape, both first-degree felonies, and two counts of sexual battery, both third-degree felonies, according to court records.
The alleged crimes were July 7, according to his indictment.
Swing was indicted by a Seneca County grand jury and served with the charges by a Seneca County Sheriff’s Office deputy Thursday.
Seneca County Common Pleas Court Judge Steve Shuff is to preside over the case.
Two other people were indicted by a Seneca County grand jury.
• Everett M. Doss, 32, of Toledo, is being charged with having weapons while under disability and possession of cocaine, both third-degree felonies, according to court records.
• Allen M. Danner, 36, is being charged with domestic violence, a third-degree felony, and failure to comply and unauthorized use of a vehicle, first-degree misdemeanors.
