Man sentenced to community control
A man was sentenced to community control during a hearing in Seneca County Common Pleas Court Judge Steve Shuff’s courtroom.
Cody J. Moskal, 25, had pleaded guilty to a charge of abusing harmful intoxicants, a fifth-degree felony.
Shuff ordered him to serve three years of community control and granted credit for 87 days served in Seneca County Jail, according to court records.
Moskal must complete a substance abuse rehabilitation assessment and treatment program, including medication-assisted treatment, enter and complete any other appropriate counseling program and undergo weekly drug and/or alcohol urinalysis as directed by Adult Parole Authority, they state.
Findlay man admits violation
A Findlay man admitted he violated the terms of his judicial release.
Devan J. Ridgway, 27, admitted the violation during a hearing in Seneca County Common Pleas Court Judge Michael Kelbley’s courtroom, according to court records.
Kelbley continued Ridgway’s judicial release.
Ridgway must enter and complete a treatment program at CROSSWAEH, according to court records.
He had pleaded guilty to a charge of failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer, a third-degree felony.
