Grand jury hands up indictments

Several people were indicted by a Seneca County grand jury.

Juan Bermudes, 42, of Fostoria, was charged with aggravated robbery, a first-degree felony, and unauthorized use of a vehicle, a first-degree misdemeanor.

He allegedly had a deadly weapon and also used or operated a 2002 Chevrolet without consent Feb. 1, according to his indictment.

Separately, Jeffrey L. Jones II, 22, was charged with aggravated burglary, a first-degree felony.

He allegedly trespassed in an occupied structure and inflicted or attempted or threatened to inflict physical harm on another person June 20, according to his indictment.

Bermudes and Jones were served with the indictments Wednesday.

According to court records, others indicted include:

• Charles E. Richardson Jr., 27, of Fremont, was charged with failure to comply with order or signal of police officers, a third-degree felony.

• Anthony D. Hetzel, 24, of Bloomville, was charged with two counts of operating vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, both fourth-degree felonies.

• Cody J. Moskal, 25, of Port Clinton, was charged with abusing harmful intoxicants, a fifth-degree felony.
