Fostoria man indicted
A Fostoria man was indicted by a Seneca County grand jury.
Hugh A. Leimgruber, 39, was charged with aggravated menacing, a fifth-degree felony, according to court records.
The case of a Columbus man was dismissed by Seneca County Common Pleas Court Judge Steve Shuff.
Brandon M. Kahler, 34, had been charged with possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony.
Shuff granted Seneca County Prosecutor’s Office’s motion to dismiss the indictment, according to court records.
Street closure to occur today
There is to be a street closure from 3-7 p.m. today on Jefferson Street between E. Market and E. Perry streets for paving.
Board of Health to meet
The Seneca County Board of Health is to meet 6 p.m. Thursday at the Seneca County General Health District office in conference room A.
