Several indicted by grand jury
Several people were indicted by a Seneca County grand jury.
David Seth Kammeyer, 27, of Fostoria, was charged with possession of cocaine and four counts of trafficking in cocaine, all fifth-degree felonies.
The alleged incidents occurred July 3, July 5, Sept. 17, Nov. 19 and Nov. 27, according to court records.
Separately, John C. Fritz, 40, of Fostoria, was charged with intimidation of a witness in a criminal case, a third-degree felony, and two counts of violating protection order, both fifth-degree felonies, court records state.
Separately, Frankie R. Wyant, 22, of Fostoria, was charged with theft, a fifth-degree felony.
Wyant was working at Murphy USA, 2915 W. SR 18, on May 15 and was leaving with a store deposit of $5,371 that was meant to be taken to Fifth Third Bank, according to Tiffin Police Department.
She allegedly did not take the deposit to the bank, according to the department.
