Man admits failing to provide notice of address change

A Tiffin man admitted Wednesday he failed to provide notice of an address change.

Nathaniel L. Hill, 44, pleaded guilty to a charge of failure to provide notice of residence address change, a second-degree felony, during a hearing in Seneca County Common Pleas Court Judge Michael Kelbley’s courtroom.

There is no agreed sentence recommendation, and Seneca County Prosecutor’s Office and Hill’s attorney are to argue punishment at time of Hill’s sentencing in July.

In 2004, Hill had pleaded guilty to three counts of attempted rape, second-degree felonies, and two counts of gross sexual imposition, third-degree felonies, according to court records.

He was sentenced to five years in prison in 2005.
