Report: Bullet goes through house Sunday

Law enforcement and Ohio Department of Natural Resources officers responded to 2611 W. TR 26 Sunday morning for a house that was shot.

According to a report, a woman reported a bullet went through her wall Sunday morning.

Deputy Chris Weimerskirch of Seneca County Sheriff’s Office said the woman, who was the homeowner, was inside the room when the bullet came in and her brother was outside the residence at the time.

He said it was one bullet that went through the house.

A report states six officers from ODNR were sent to the scene.

Weimerskirch said nobody was injured.

The investigation was turned over to ODNR, he said.

Further information was not available Sunday evening.

The incident was reported at 11:36 a.m.
