Let there be lights | Advertiser-Tribune Early this year, parishioners of St. Joseph Church in Tiffin received a letter from their pastor requesting donations for a lighting project. The Rev. Joseph Szybka explained $170,000 already had been collected for this purpose, but about $500,000 would be needed to complete it. "We had a donation that started everything in January 2013. It was an anonymous gift ($67,000) to improve the lighting," Szybka sai.
