Thaw out at flute concert | Advertiser-Tribune BELLEVUE — Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Bellevue is to host a performance of the High Frequency Flute Quartet as part of its regular concert series at 4 p.m. Sunday at the church, 231 E. Center St. An offering is to be taken. High Frequency is an ensemble comprised of members of the Firelands Symphony Orchestra. Jesse Martin, principal oboe; Tamara Kagy, principal flute; Jody Chaffee, flute/principal piccolo; and Elizabeth Studer, flute, have been performing together in various capacities for years.
