Pelfree, 23, of Willard, was charged with hit skip-private property Thursday. • A first-block Penn Street man reported Thursday evening he was stabbed in the arm with a screwdriver. A person refused medical attention and to cooperate, according to a report. • A 300-block Water Street woman reported Friday morning someone spray-painted her car. • Sherwin M. Agustin, 19, of Tiffin, was charged with obstructing official business and speed-excess limits Friday morning. County report • Grace K. Bennett, 21, of Kansas, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia Thursday. Fostoria reports • Frederick L. Goins, 49, of Fostoria, was charged with disorderly conduct Thursday. • A 700-block Glenwood Avenue resident reported Thursday afternoon the theft of medication. • A 1000-block 42nd Street woman reported Thursday evening someone broke into her residence. • An 800-block North Countyline Street resident reported Friday afternoon a construction company cut a sign in half. • A 200-block South Cadwallader Street man reported Friday afternoon his ex-girlfriend went into his residence and started breaking things. Tiffin accidents • A citation of failure to control was issued after an accident on Liberty Street on Thursday night. • Jennifer L. Irey, 35, of Galion, was cited with improper left turn at a one-way street after an accident at West Perry and Elmer streets Friday morning. Fostoria accident • A citation of backing without due regard was issued after an accident on West Center Street on Friday afternoon. Fire • Old Fort fire, Clinton fire, North Central EMS and the Echo unit responded to a possible barn or shed fire at 5534 N. SR 53 on Thursday afternoon. It was a controlled burn. EMS • Tiffin Fire Rescue Division had one squad run Thursday afternoon, one squad run early Friday morning, one squad run Friday morning and two squad runs Friday afternoon. • Attica-Venice-Reed EMS, Attica-Venice-Reed fire and the Echo unit had one squad run Thursday afternoon and one squad run Thursday night. • North Central EMS and Green Springs fire had a squad run Thursday evening. • NBS EMS and fire and the Echo unit had a squad run Friday morning.
