County reports • Mark A. Hammer, 44, of Norwalk, was charged with 12-point suspension Thursday. • Kyler E. Ruehle, 19, of McCutchenville, was charged with disregarding safety and failure to yield right-of-way Thursday. • A 6000-block South SR 231 resident reported Thursday night a person broke into the residence, and items were taken. • A 6000-block West TR 174 woman reported Friday morning her mother was scammed out of thousands of dollars. • A 12000-block West CR 6 resident reported Friday morning a student at New Riegel School was selling vapes to other children at the school. • A man from South Side Drive Thru, Carry Out & Laundromat, 12520 W. Hissong St., reported Friday afternoon receiving a counterfeit $20 bill.
