• A 500-block North TR 59 woman reported Friday afternoon her home had been broken into.

• A 6000-block North CR 25 man reported his home had been broken into Friday night.

• An employee of Dollar General, 166 E. Lytle St., reported a man went into the break room and urinated on the floor Friday night.

• A single-ATV accident was reported on East US 224 Saturday night.

• A citation was issued after a two-vehicle, non-injury accident at North Union and Elm streets Friday evening.

• A citation was issued after a two-vehicle, non-injury accident on Walnut Street Saturday afternoon.

• A citation of operating a vehicle while intoxicated was issued after an accident at South Main and East Eagle streets Saturday night.

• Old Fort fire and North Central EMS responded to a fire alarm activation at 8245 N. TR 73 Friday night. It was a false alarm.

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division responded to an unintentional smoke detector activation at 335 Miami St. Saturday night.

• Bettsville EMS and fire and the Echo unit had a squad run Friday night.

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division had one squad run Friday night, one squad run Saturday evening, four squad runs early Sunday morning, two squad runs Sunday morning and four squad runs Sunday afternoon. Sycamore fire assisted Friday night.

• Bloomville EMS, Attica-Venice-Reed fire and the Echo unit had a squad run Friday night.

• North Central EMS and Green Springs fire had one squad run Saturday morning and one squad run Sunday morning.
