• A 600-block South Washington Street man reported someone broke into his home and ran out the back door Saturday night.

• Sheyanne C. Wilhelm, 23, of Tiffin, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated early Sunday morning.

• A 100-block South High Street, Bloomville, woman reported the driver’s side mirror and front passenger window had been shattered on a man’s truck.

• A man in the 4000 block of West CR 58 reported a woman headbutted him early Saturday morning.

• A 700-block North TR 47 man reported Saturday afternoon a theft of a handgun.

• A man in the 3000 block of West TR 54 reported someone shot at his house and shattered a window Sunday afternoon.

Fostoria reports

• An employee of ProMedica Fostoria Community Hospital, 501 Van Buren St., reported an assault Friday night.

• An employee of Best Western, 1690 N. Countyline St., reported Saturday morning a customer had skipped out on paying for their room.

• A woman in the 200 block of Sandusky Street reported Saturday morning an amplifier and speakers had been stolen.

• A 100-block Lewis Street woman reported Saturday evening a theft of jewelry.

• A 500-block McDougal Street resident reported Sunday afternoon a man had broken into their home.

Tiffin accidents

• Shaandale Green, 46, of Maryland, was cited with assured clear distance ahead after an accident at Vine Street and Sixth Avenue Thursday night.

• Madison P. Menningen, 20, was cited with failure to yield after a stop sign after an accident at Elmer and West Perry streets Friday afternoon.

Fostoria accident

• Citations were issued after a two-vehicle, non-injury accident on North Countyline Street Saturday night.

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division responded to an unintentional smoke detector activation at 359 Miami St. Friday night.

• Bascom EMS and fire and the Echo unit had a squad run Friday evening.

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division had one squad run Friday night, one squad run early Saturday morning and four squad runs Saturday morning. Sycamore fire assisted early Saturday morning.

• Bascom EMS, Bettsville fire and the Echo unit had a squad run Saturday afternoon.

• NBS EMS and fire and the Echo unit had a squad run Sunday morning.

• North Central EMS had a squad run Sunday afternoon.
