Tiffin reports • A woman in the 100 block of Jackson Street reported Thursday afternoon her medication had been stolen from her purse. • An employee of Walmart, 2801 W. SR 18, reported Thursday afternoon a woman had been the victim of a scam. • A 100-block South Monroe Street man reported Thursday night a woman was assaulted. County reports • Calvin D. Combs III, 19, of Sycamore, was charged with obstruction Thursday. • Joshua V. Garner, 35, of Fostoria, was charged with criminal trespassing and criminal damage Thursday. Fostoria reports • A woman in the 300 block of West North Street reported two youths physically assaulting each other Thursday evening. • A 900-block South Union Street man reported a theft of a car trailer Friday afternoon. Tiffin accidents • A citation of failure to yield was issued after a two-vehicle, non-injury accident at Clay and Jackson streets Thursday evening. • Lyle R. Hankins, 49, of Illinois, was cited with improper left turn after a two-vehicle, non-injury accident at West Perry and South Sandusky streets Friday morning. Fostoria accident • A citation was issued after a two-vehicle accident at North Countyline and West North streets Thursday afternoon. Fire • Tiffin Fire Rescue Division responded to a smoke detector activation due to malfunction at Holiday Inn Express, 78 Shaffer Park Dr., Thursday night. EMS • Bascom EMS and fire and the Echo unit had a squad run Thursday night. • Tiffin Fire Rescue Division had three squad runs early Friday morning and two squad runs Friday morning.
