• A woman reported Tuesday afternoon her ex-boyfriend broke into her room in the 100 block of Webster Street.

• Dale H. Dangler III, 59, of Michigan, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and failure to control Monday.

• Mark A. Potts Jr., 37, of Indiana, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, hit skip, a Financial Responsibility Act suspension and failure to control Monday.

• Blaine T. Lanahan, 29, of Tiffin, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Financial Responsibility Act suspension and no motorcycle endorsement Monday.

• Jared R. Price, 38, of Alexandria, was charged with flee/elude officer, operating a vehicle while intoxicated, speed and a traffic lanes violation Monday.

• A 6000-block North TR 190 woman reported Monday afternoon the theft of a corn burner.

• John F. Miller Jr., 54, of Fostoria, was charged with disorderly conduct Monday.

• Joshua R. Banks, 31, of Fostoria, was charged with a Financial Responsibility Act suspension and no operator’s license Monday.

• Chrystal L. Chambers, 27, of Fostoria, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia Monday.

• Zachery D. Graves, 29, of Fostoria, was charged with disorderly conduct Monday.

• Toni L. Blake, 40, of Fostoria, was charged with disorderly conduct Monday.

• A 1000-block Perrysburg Road woman reported Tuesday morning her debit card was stolen and used.

• A 600-block Cherry Street woman reported Tuesday afternoon she was assaulted by her grandson.

Tiffin accident

• A citation of failure to yield from an alley was issued after a two-vehicle, non-injury accident on Main Street on Tuesday morning.

State Patrol

• John C. Hunt, 36, of Republic, was charged with driving under suspension, left of center and seatbelt-driver Monday.

• Chad M. Martinez, 28, of Fostoria, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and an equipment regulation violation Monday.

• Stephen J. Johnson, 40, of Fostoria, was charged with driving under suspension and a turn signal violation Monday.

Fostoria accidents

• A woman reported her garage door was struck by a newspaper delivery driver during the night. The driver of the vehicle was Dawn Aldrich of Helena, a report states.

• Allen Turner, 27, of Toledo, was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated after an accident at West Lytle and West 4th streets Sept. 29.

• Luis O. Rodriguez, 36, of Fostoria, was cited with operation without reasonable control after an accident on West Jackson Street on Friday morning.

• Bloomville EMS and fire and the Echo unit had a squad run Monday afternoon.

• Bascom EMS and fire and the Echo unit had two squad runs Monday afternoon, one squad run Monday evening and one squad run Tuesday afternoon.

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division had one squad run Monday evening and two squad runs Tuesday morning.
