• A first-block St. Clair Street resident reported Monday night a man physically was fighting with a youth.

• A person reported Monday night a large fight in the 100 block of Jackson Street.

• Todd J. Company, 50, of Tiffin, was charged with dog at-large Tuesday morning.

• A man reported Tuesday morning his vehicle in the 200 block of Main Street had its back windshield broken.

• An officer advised Tuesday morning finding a syringe in the 200 block of North Washington Street.

• A man reported Tuesday afternoon a package was delivered to the 100 block of Frost Parkway, and the new tenants were refusing to give it to him.

County reports

• Vandalism of mailboxes was reported in the 1000 block of North TR 111 on Monday afternoon.

• A 6000-block North SR 228 woman reported Tuesday morning someone stole her puppy out of her yard.

• A man reported Tuesday afternoon he believed he received a counterfeit bill at Bascom Carry Out, 5890 W. SR 18.

• An 8000-block West TR 36 resident reported Tuesday afternoon a missing lawn trailer.

Fostoria reports

• A theft was reported in the 100 block of Perry Street on Monday night.

• A person reported early Tuesday morning a man was dancing with a head lamp on near a building in the 800 block of West Center Street.

• A 1000-block North Countyline Street woman reported Tuesday morning a fraudulent check was written and cashed against her checking account.

County accident

• A person in the 100 block of State Street reported Monday evening a car had hit the building.

Fostoria accident

• Amelia Jade Isabella Greene, 6, of Fostoria, had a possible injury and was taken by Fostoria Fire Division to ProMedica Fostoria Community Hospital after running into the road and being struck on North Union Street on Aug. 28, according to Fostoria Police Department.

Fire

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division responded to an outside rubbish fire at 38 Main St. Monday afternoon.

• Green Springs fire and North Central EMS responded to a fire alarm at 430 N. Broadway St. Tuesday morning.

EMS

• Bascom EMS and fire and the Echo unit had one squad run Monday evening, one squad run Tuesday morning and one squad run Tuesday afternoon.

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division had two squad runs Monday night, two squad runs early Tuesday morning and five squad runs Tuesday morning. Clinton fire assisted Monday night.

• Republic EMS, Attica-Venice-Reed fire and the Echo unit had a squad run Tuesday morning.

• NBS EMS, Sycamore fire and the Echo unit had a squad run Tuesday afternoon.
