• A 200-block Ohio Avenue person reported Thursday morning a wallet was stolen from a vehicle Wednesday night.

• A person in the 100 block of Colony Avenue reported a man broke into a building via a window Thursday morning.

• An employee of Walmart, 2801 W. SR 18, reported a woman shoplifting items Thursday afternoon.

County reports

• Timothy W. Adams, 57, of Alvada, was charged with disorderly conduct Wednesday.

• Marcy Morrison, 48, of Green Springs, was charged with domestic violence Wednesday.

• A person in the 3400 block of West CR 52 reported early Thursday morning someone struck and/or destroyed nearly every mailbox between SR 53 and CR 591.

Fostoria reports

• Jeremy M. Gillen, 20, of Fostoria, was charged with corruption of a minor Wednesday.

• A woman in the 1000 block of Park Avenue reported Wednesday evening her son’s bike was stolen while he was at school.

• An employee of Butt Hut of America, 1405 N. Countyline St., reported receiving a counterfeit $20 bill Wednesday evening.

Tiffin accidents

• Two citations of driving under suspension and one citation of stop sign violation were issued after a two-vehicle, non-injury accident at Warren and Sixth avenues Wednesday evening.

• A person reported a vehicle struck a mailbox on Railroad Street, a crosswalk sign and road sign on Greenfield Street and then struck a parked vehicle on Clinton Avenue Wednesday night.

• Kelly A. Rapp, 56, of Green Springs, was cited with failure to yield after an accident at West Market Street and Ashwood Drive Thursday afternoon.

• A citation of improper lane change was issued after a two-vehicle, non-injury accident at Elmer and West Market streets Thursday afternoon.

County accidents

• Citations of failure to control and failure to follow detour signs were issued after a semi became stuck on a guard rail at North CR 3 and West CR 28.

Fostoria accidents

• Colton D. VanScyoc, 12, of Fostoria, was transported to ProMedica Fostoria Community Hospital by Fostoria Fire Division after an accident at Sandusky and East Fremont streets Sept. 18.

• A citation of failure to control was issued after a semi vs. car accident on East Lytle Street Wednesday afternoon.

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division responded to a lock-out at 165 Nelson St. Thursday morning.

• Bascom fire and EMS responded to a nuisance burn on TR 119 Thursday morning.

EMS

• Attica-Venice-Reed EMS and fire and the Echo unit had a squad run Wednesday afternoon.

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division had one squad run Wednesday evening, three squad runs Wednesday night and two squad runs Thursday morning. Clinton fire assisted once Wednesday evening and once Wednesday night. Sycamore fire assisted once Wednesday night.

• Bloomville EMS and fire and the Echo unit had a squad run Thursday morning.
