• Jamie A. Ball, 37, of Bloomville, was charged with disorderly conduct Monday.

• Barry M. Kuhn, 34, of Attica, was charged with menacing Monday.

• Seth A. Mitchell, 28, of Tiffin, was charged with disorderly conduct Monday.

• Nina Johnson, 70, of Tiffin, was charged with disorderly conduct Monday.

• Aaron M. Lee, 21, of Bellevue, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and no operator’s license Monday.

• Raphael A. Newkirk, 39, of Willard, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a traffic lanes violation and possession of controlled substances Monday.

• A 400-block North TR 91 man reported Monday night his house was broken into.

• A 200-block North Clay Street resident reported Monday night a cell phone was taken.

• A 12000-block West Axline Street woman reported Tuesday morning someone broke into her trailer and killed her dog.

• A 500-block East SR 18 resident reported Tuesday afternoon fraudulent charges on a checking account.

Fostoria reports

• Nicholas R. Brown, 38, of Fostoria, was charged with assault Monday.

• Jason T. Haase, 32, of Fostoria, was charged with fleeing and eluding, a Financial Responsibility Act suspension, an equipment regulation violation and operating a vehicle while intoxicated Monday.

• Brittany A. Boos, 28, of Fostoria, was charged with disorderly conduct Monday.

• David M. Epley, 23, of Fostoria, was charged with shooting missile Monday.

• Dominic A. Joa, 21, of Bryan, was charged with a Financial Responsibility Act suspension and a counterfeit tag Monday.

• A person reported Monday afternoon an assault in the 200 block of West South Street.

• A 500-block West Lytle Street woman reported Monday night items were taken.

• A 400-block Union Court woman reported Tuesday morning items were stolen from her yard.

• A 500-block East Jackson Street resident reported a theft Tuesday afternoon.

Tiffin accidents

• A person reported Monday afternoon her son was hit by a car while riding his bicycle near a location on South Washington Street.

• Ruth J. Stine, 80, of Attica, was cited with improper left turn after an accident at East Perry and East Jefferson streets Tuesday morning.

Fostoria accident

• An accident was reported on Perry Street Monday evening.

Fire

• Kansas fire responded to a nuisance burn at 3915 N. TR 47 on Monday evening.

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division responded to a detector activation at 154 S. Washington St. on Tuesday morning. There was no fire, and it was unintentional.

EMS

• North Central EMS and Green Springs fire had one squad run Monday afternoon and one squad run early Tuesday morning.

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division had two squad runs Monday evening, one squad run Monday night and two squad runs Tuesday morning. Sycamore fire assisted Tuesday morning.

• Bloomville EMS and fire and the Echo unit had a squad run Monday evening.

• Bascom EMS and fire and the Echo unit had a squad run early Tuesday morning.
