• A man reported Sunday evening he found a syringe at Water and Webster streets.

• A theft was reported at Walmart, 2801 W. SR 18, Sunday evening.

• Edward F. Carter, 59, of Tiffin, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and drugs-paraphernalia Sunday night.

• A 100-block Railroad Street resident reported a scam Monday afternoon.

County reports

• Ted M. Reinhart, 43, of Carey, was charged with a Financial Responsibility Act suspension Friday.

• Brian S. Gilchrist, 45, of Tiffin, was charged with dog at-large Friday.

• Jeffrey A. Gill, 21, of Tiffin, was charged with dog at-large Friday.

• Velvet R. Mowery, 48, of Tiffin, was charged with dog at-large Friday.

• A person reported Sunday afternoon a shed in the first block of West Ellen Street was vandalized and racial slurs were painted on it.

• A 12000-block West Axline Street resident reported Sunday night a vehicle was missing.

• An employee of Eagle Deli Mart, 1428 S. SR 53, reported Monday morning a man urinated on a gas pump.

• A 10000-block East TR 178 resident reported Monday morning someone stole a sticker off a license plate.

• A 400-block Thomas Street man reported Monday morning somoene entered his truck, and items were missing.

Fostoria reports

• A person reported early Monday morning a vehicle was missing from the 600 block of Summit Street.

• A 700-block North Poplar Street resident reported Monday afternoon several items were stolen from the residence.

Tiffin accident

• Peter Bernardo, 74, of University Heights, was cited with improper left turn on a one-way after an accident at Jefferson and Tiffin streets Thursday afternoon.

State Patrol

• Delaney M. Mcnerney, 20, of Cuyahoga Falls, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and traffic control light Friday.

Fostoria accident

• Joseph R. Seifert, 51, of Findlay, was cited with shifting/loose load after an accident at North Main Street and Jones Road on Thursday afternoon.

Fire

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division responded to unauthorized burning at 303 Jefferson St. Sunday night.

EMS

• Bascom EMS and fire and the Echo unit had a squad run Sunday afternoon.

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division had one squad run Sunday evening, two squad runs Sunday night and three squad runs Monday morning. Clinton fire assisted Sunday evening.

• NBS EMS and fire and the Echo unit had one squad run Sunday evening and one squad run Monday morning.
