• A 400-block South Jefferson Street woman reported unauthorized charges on her bank card Friday afternoon.

• A woman in the 300 block of South Monroe Street reported Saturday morning her son’s phone was stolen Friday.

• Shannon M. Smith, 24, of Tiffin, was charged with disorderly conduct Saturday afternoon.

• Casey L. Fountain, 38, of Tiffin, was charged with driving under suspension-12 point suspension Saturday night.

• An employee of Walmart, 2801 W. SR 18, reported Sunday morning a theft that occurred last Sunday.

• A man in Maryland reported Sunday afternoon his credit card was used fraudulently to make an order at Bob Evans, 2310 W. Market St.

County reports

• A man in the 3000 block of South SR 231 reported Saturday morning a building broken into and a lawnmower stolen.

• A woman in the 100 block of West Ellen Street, Bloomville, reported her shed broken into and multiple items stolen Saturday morning.

• An 11000-block West CR 28 woman reported Saturday afternoon the license plates had been taken off of her car.

Fostoria reports

• A 200-block East Fremont Street resident reported a broken window Friday night.

• A woman in the 300 block of South Main Street reported Saturday morning her phone was stolen overnight.

• A man in the 300 block of South Wood Street reported Saturday night his truck was taken Friday night and then returned Saturday and money had been stolen from the truck.

• A 600-block Summit Street resident reported a person breaking into multiple cars and stealing items early Sunday morning.

• A woman in the 100 block of West Rock Street reported Sunday afternoon her mother’s medication was stolen from her home.

Fostoria accidents

• A two-vehicle accident was reported on North Countyline Street.

• A two-vehicle, non-injury accident was reported at West Center and North Countyline streets Friday evening.

Fire

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division responded to a public service call at 1925 S. SR 53 early Saturday morning.

• Attica-Venice-Reed fire and EMS and the Echo unit responded to a tree smoking near a house at 359 N. SR 4 Sunday morning.

• Bascom fire and EMS responded to a tree that fell on a utility pole that started to smoke at TR 112 and TR 110 Sunday morning.

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division had one squad run Friday afternoon, four squad runs Saturday morning, four squad runs Saturday evening, one squad run early Sunday morning, two squad runs Sunday morning and one squad run Sunday afternoon. Clinton fire assisted once Sunday morning.

• Bascom EMS and fire and the Echo unit had one squad run Friday evening, one squad run early Saturday morning, one squad run Saturday morning, one squad run Saturday evening and one squad run Sunday afternoon.

• Attica-Venice-Reed EMS and fire and the Echo unit had a squad run Friday night.

• North Central EMS, Bellevue, had a squad run Saturday morning.

• North Central EMS and Green Springs fire had one squad run Saturday afternoon, one squad run Saturday night and one squad run early Sunday morning.

• New Riegel EMS, Sycamore fire and the Echo unit had a squad run Saturday evening.
