• A 100-block Minerva Street man reported his garage broken into and a chainsaw and bicycle stolen early Thursday morning.

• A man in the 100 block of Elwood Street reported Thursday morning a wallet, handgun and keys stolen from his truck Wednesday night.

• An employee of Walmart, 2801 W. SR 18, reported $80 stolen from a self-checkout machine Thursday afternoon.

• Mark A. Kromer, 38, of Fremont, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to yield right of way Tuesday.

• Autumn S. Brady, 31, of Bloomville, was charged with driving under suspension Tuesday.

• Bradley J. Fosnight, 29, of Green Springs, was charged with possession of marijuana Tuesday.

• A resident in the 300 block of West South Street reported their cell phone stolen early Thursday morning.

• A representative from the Seneca County Veterans Association reported Thursday morning that 17 flags on a mid-block median along West South Street were either stolen or broken Wednesday night.

• Leonard H. Stockmaster, 88, of Attica, was charged with a red light violation after an accident at West Market Street and Shaffer Park Drive Wednesday afternoon.
