• A person reported Monday afternoon the theft of money at Walmart, 2801 W. SR 18.

• A first-block Warren Avenue man reported Tuesday afternoon his blood pressure cuff and glasses were destroyed by two women.

• A person reported a theft Tuesday afternoon.

• Joy F. Trevino, 42, of Kansas, was charged with open container, operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a traffic lanes violation and a Financial Responsibility Act suspension Monday.

• Matthew R. Wilson, 19, of Wauseon, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated Monday.

• A person at CROSSWAEH, 3055 S. SR 100, reported Tuesday morning finding capsules with a white powder substance in them.

• A 6000-block West CR 6 woman reported Tuesday morning damage to her vehicle.

• Ethan M. Scott, 20, of Fostoria, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana Monday.

• Gilberto Hernandez, 53, of Fostoria, was charged with disorderly conduct Monday.

• Xavier A. Galvan, 20, of Fostoria, was charged with driving under suspension and a Financial Responsibility Act suspension Monday.

• Jacob C. Kessler, 61, of Fostoria, was charged with an operating a vehicle while intoxicated suspension Monday.

• Zachary L. Howell, 32, of Tiffin, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and a traffic lanes violation Monday.

• Brittany L. Mercado, 33, of Fostoria, was charged with driving under suspension Monday.

• Dominique L. Morton, 34, of Fostoria, was charged with failure to reinstate Monday.

• Felica E. Fleury, 24, of Fostoria, was charged with disorderly conduct Monday.

• A person in the 200 block of Sycamore Street reported Tuesday afternoon two children were in a physical altercation with a baseball bat.

• A two-vehicle, non-injury accident was reported on North Countyline Street Tuesday morning.

• Kansas fire provided manpower at 2473 N. US 23 Monday night.

• Bellevue fire responded to a fire alarm at 19590 Water St., Flat Rock, Tuesday morning. It was a false alarm.

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division had two squad runs Monday evening, two squad runs Tuesday morning and one squad run Tuesday afternoon. Clinton fire assisted once Monday evening and once Tuesday morning.

• NBS EMS, Sycamore fire and the Echo unit had a squad run early Tuesday morning.

• North Central EMS and Green Springs fire responded to an accident Tuesday morning.

• Bascom EMS, Kansas fire and the Echo unit had a squad run Tuesday morning.
