• A man reported Sunday night his bicycle was stolen from Seneca County Fairgrounds, 100 Hopewell Ave.

• A person reported Monday morning two bags of needles on the sidewalk by the Huss Street bridge.

• A person reported Monday morning damage to trailer windows in the 100 block of Front Street.

• A 100-block South Washington Street man reported Monday morning theft of Skymiles from his account.

• A two-vehicle accident was reported at CR 15 and US 224 Monday morning.

State Patrol

• Destiny Steele, 19, of Toledo, was cited with failure to yield from a stop sign after an accident at CR 47 and CR 6 Sunday afternoon. The other driver, Goldie Ruehle, 65, of McCutchenville, was taken to Mercy Health – Tiffin Hospital.

Fostoria accident

• Garry F. Stump, 64, of Risingsun, was cited with failure to control after an accident at Findlay and South Countyline streets July 18. He was taken by Fostoria Fire Division to ProMedica Fostoria Community Hospital.

• Bettsville fire and EMS responded to a truck on fire at Marathon on Sunday afternoon.

• Bascom fire and EMS and the Echo unit responded to a fire alarm at 5765 W. TR 102 Monday morning.

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division responded to a transformer on fire at 344 Circular St. Monday morning.

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division responded to a vehicle leaking gas at 2801 W. SR 18 Monday afternoon.

EMS

• NBS EMS and fire, Bascom EMS, Sycamore EMS and the Echo unit assisted with an accident at CR 6 and CR 47 Sunday afternoon.

• Bloomville EMS, Republic fire and the Echo unit had a squad run Sunday evening.

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division had two squad runs Sunday evening, one squad run early Monday morning, two squad runs Monday morning and two squad runs Monday afternoon. Clinton fire assisted early Monday morning.

• Bascom EMS and fire and the Echo unit had one squad run Sunday night and one squad run early Monday morning.

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division and Clinton fire responded to an accident at CR 15 and US 224 Monday morning. There was no transport.

• North Central EMS and Green Springs fire had a squad run Monday morning.
