• A woman at the Seneca County Fairgrounds, 100 Hopewell Ave., reported her son was hit by another child with a belt Tuesday evening.

• A 100-block Northwood Drive man reported Tuesday evening receiving numerous phone calls related to a scam.

• A man at the Seneca County Fairgrounds, 100 Hopewell Ave., reported a bike stolen Tuesday night.

• An employee of Your Legacy Federal Credit Union, 25 Shaffer Park Dr., reported Wednesday morning they received a counterfeit bill.

• A woman in the 11000 block of West TR 116 reported Tuesday afternoon she had been the victim of an online scam.

• A 15000-block East CR 46 person reported fraud Wednesday morning.

Fostoria reports

• A 200-block South Main Street woman reported an instance of fraud and theft of a phone Tuesday evening.

• A woman in the 100 block of West Jackson Street reported Wednesday morning a person tried to break into her vehicle.

• Bloomville fire, Republic EMS and the Echo unit responded to a carbon monoxide alarm at 18 Liberty St., Bloomville, Tuesday evening. It was a false alarm.
