• A 200-block South Sandusky Street man reported a theft of cash Monday afternoon.

• A 100-block West Perry Street woman reported a used needle was found Tuesday morning.

• A woman in the 800 block of North Water Street reported Tuesday morning someone tried to use her name and address to take out a loan.

County reports

• Christine A. Weimerskirch, 49, of Fostoria, was charged with obstruction Monday.

• Evan E. King, 26, of Fostoria, was charged with disorderly conduct Monday.

• Brianna A. Blankenship, 22, of Norwalk, was charged with driving without a license and unsafe vehicle Monday.

• John A. Crates III, 32, of Fostoria, was charged with domestic violence Monday.

• A woman in the 1700 block of North Union Street reported Tuesday morning a chainsaw scabbard fell from the top of a tree trimming service truck and struck her car.

Tiffin accident

• A citation of failure to yield was issued after a two-vehicle, non-injury accident at West Market Street and Bon Air Avenue Monday afternoon.

County accident

• A one-vehicle accident was reported at CR 16 and SR 67 Tuesday morning.

State Patrol

• Travis Goble, 28, of Fostoria, was charged with operating a vehicle while under the influence, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, speeding and seat belt-driver Monday.

Fire

• Kansas fire and Fostoria Fire Division responded to black smoke at 11005 W. CR 28 Monday afternoon.

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division responded to an unintentional smoke detector activation at 78 Shaffer Park Dr. Monday night.

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division responded to a carbon monoxide issue at 79 Jackson St. Monday night. Firefighters found nothing wrong upon arriving at the scene.

EMS

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division had one squad run Monday afternoon, one squad run Monday evening, one squad run Monday night, three squad runs Tuesday morning and one squad run Tuesday afternoon. Clinton fire assisted once Monday afternoon.

• North Central EMS and Green Springs fire had one squad run Tuesday morning and one squad run Tuesday afternoon.
