• A man reported Monday night damage to a vehicle parked in the 400 block of North Washington Street.

• A first-block Beechwood Drive woman reported Tuesday morning her son-in-law hacked her phone.

• Andrew D. Bryant, 32, of Bettsville, was charged with intoxication with a weapon and disorderly conduct Monday.

• Gabriel A. Dixon, 33, of Fostoria, was charged with assault Monday.

• Kevin J. Fourtner, 25, of Tiffin, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated Monday.

• Henry E. Schreiner, 23, of Bloomdale, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and speed Monday.

• Richard C. Sigler Jr., 53, of Fostoria, was charged with domestic violence Monday.

• An assault was reported in the 3000 block of South TR 113 Monday evening.

• Katherine M. Smarkel, 28, of Fostoria, was charged with impound and disposal Monday.

• A person reported Monday afternoon an assault at R Place, 324 S. Main St.

• A person in the 1000 block of North Countyline Street reported Monday afternoon a youth was being violent.

• A 200-block Vickie Lane resident reported an assault Monday evening.

• A 200-block East Crocker Street resident reported Monday night the theft of medication.

• A 700-block North Poplar Street man reported early Tuesday morning he believed his home was broken into.

• A 900-block North Union Street woman reported Tuesday morning someone had been stealing bicycles out of her garage.

Tiffin accident

• A woman was taken to Mercy Health – Tiffin Hospital after a mower ran into a parked vehicle on First Avenue Monday evening.

State Patrol

• Jacob H. Jeffrey, 22, of Sycamore, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and failure to control Monday.

• Oc Wheeler III, 25, of Fostoria, was charged with driving under suspension, failure to yield right-of-way and seatbelt-driver Monday.

• Rachel A. Gardner, 29, of Fostoria, was charged with a Financial Responsibility Act suspension, speed and seatbelt-driver Monday.

Fire

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division responded to a natural vegetation fire at 56 Dallas St. Monday night.

• Bascom fire and EMS responded to a nuisance burn at 11051 W. TR 112 Tuesday afternoon.

EMS

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division had two squad runs Monday evening, three squad runs Monday night and one squad run Tuesday afternoon. Clinton fire assisted Tuesday afternoon.

• Attica-Venice-Reed EMS, Attica-Venice-Reed fire and the Echo unit had a squad run Monday night.

• Republic EMS and fire and the Echo unit had a squad run Monday night.
