• A 6000-block South SR 231 woman reported Monday afternoon her ex-boyfriend broke into her home.

• A person reported Tuesday morning a bad check at Seneca County Clerk of Courts, 103 E. Market St.

• A person reported Tuesday morning a theft in the 3000 block of North SR 53.

• A person at CROSSWAEH, 3055 S. SR 100, reported an assault Tuesday afternoon.

• James W. Wyans, 38, of Fostoria, was charged with disorderly conduct Monday.

• Bryon K. Murphy, 51, of Fostoria, was charged with disorderly conduct Monday.

• Joshua S. Louden, 20, of Bloomville, was charged with possession of marijuana Monday.

• Monica R. Pavlick, 28, of Fostoria, was charged with criminal trespass Monday.

• Cody C. Hampshire, 27, of Fostoria, was charged with driving under suspension and a one-way traffic violation Monday.

• Jack E. Beard, 43, of North Baltimore, was charged with driving under suspension, no operator’s license and failure to reinstate Monday.

• Austin M. Mcafee, 20, of Fostoria, was charged with driving under suspension Monday.

• Vincent T. Kidd, 19, of Bellevue, was charged with driving under suspension and a traffic lanes violation Monday.

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division responded to authorized controlled burning at 121 W. Perry St. Monday afternoon.

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division responded to a smoke detector activation at 366 Wentz St. Tuesday morning. There was no fire, and it was unintentional.

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division responded to removal of a person from a stalled elevator at 7 W. Market St. Tuesday afternoon.

• Republic EMS, Green Springs fire and the Echo unit had a squad run Monday afternoon.
