Nava, 21, of Tiffin, was charged with possession of marijuana paraphernalia, drug possession/abuse and possession of drug abuse instruments Saturday evening. • A gasoline drive-off was reported Saturday evening at Kroger, 790 W. Market St. • A caller from Circle K, 272 N. Sandusky St., reported Saturday evening people in a van appeared to be smoking marijuana while pumping gas. Police were unable to locate the van. • Marcus O. Beaurem, 22, of Tiffin, was charged with disorderly conduct Saturday nigh.
