According to the report, the 80-year-old woman had dementia and her husband took responsibility for her. • A man went to the station Monday afternoon to report his trailer had been spray painted. • Keith A. Herron, 62, of Tiffin, was charged with disorderly conduct Monday night. • A 200-block Gibson Street caller requested to speak to an officer Tuesday afternoon about a scam.
