A caller reported Sunday night an 18-year-old woman posted a naked photo of a 15-year-old girl online.
A 400-block Water Street man reported early Monday morning a man threatened to beat him with a piece of wood. According to another caller, a threat was made because a woman had been groped.
A woman was served a summons on a charge of child endangering after a caller reported they picked up a 2-year-old boy who had been walking in the 400 block of Coe Street with no shoes or socks.
A first-block Ohio Avenue woman reported Monday afternoon someone used her credit card to purchase $1,200 worth of Legos.
Bryant C. Harrison, 25, of Tiffin, was charged with domestic violence and aggravated menacing Sunday. Deputy Justin Nowak of the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office said Harrison allegedly choked a woman and pointed a crossbow at her. An ambulance was summoned to the residence because Harrison’s gauged earring was ripped out during the altercation.
An 1100-block South Brace Avenue man reported Monday morning a woman at his residence pulled a knife on him and then took several pain pills.
A first-block TR 1075 woman reported Monday afternoon a person who had taken her medication was at her residence causing problems and refusing to leave.
Bryon K. Murphy, 45, of Fostoria, was charged with criminal damage Saturday.

A 300-block South Union Street woman reported early Monday morning someone had turned on all the lights in her residence, and she also saw a shadow in the basement. According to the report, the residence had been entered and a children’s electric car and necklaces were taken.
A break-in was reported at a residence in the 200 block of Sycamore Street. The house was ransacked, according to the report.
