James F. Herring, 38, of Clyde, was charged with theft by deception Thursday evening. A caller from Walmart, 2801 W. SR 18, had reported a man switched a price tag and put the item in his cart.
Joseph B. Brown, 38, of Tiffin, was cited with driving under suspension Thursday night.
Brian S. Gilchrist, 40, of Tiffin, was charged with domestic violence Thursday night. A caller in the first block of Sycamore Street had reported a man assaulted a woman. The police canine was contacted to assist in finding Gilchrist. The man later was located passed out at a residence. According to the report, the victim’s advocate was contacted.
Jesse B. King, 21, of Tiffin, was charged with domestic violence Thursday night.
Michael A. Pennington, 42, of Bucyrus, was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and violating one-way traffic early Friday morning.
Allan S. Craig, 41, of Tiffin, was charged with barking dog early Friday morning.

A man was arrested Friday morning after a 400-block West Crocker Street caller reported a man had his girlfriend locked in a bathroom.
