A caller in the first block of St. Clair Street reported Saturday night a man wearing all black tried to get into her house. According to the report, the subject was seen running towards the river.

A 300-block Miami Street caller reported Saturday night the theft of a cell phone.

A 300-block Miami Street caller reported Sunday afternoon a cell phone was missing from his car.

John Parrott, 20, of Tiffin, was charged with drugs possession/abuse Sunday.

Karalyn Porter, 21, of Tiffin, was charged with operating a vehicle under the influence Sunday.

Fostoria reports

A fight was reported Saturday evening in the 100 block of East Center Street.

A disagreement between two roommates was reported Saturday evening in the 100 block of Bradner. According to the report, a second 911 call was made from the location to report a subject was trying to break out a window. EMS also was called to the scene, according to the report.

A 500-block Miller Avenue caller reported Saturday evening his mother hit him and he was bleeding.

A 700-block Sandusky Street caller reported Saturday night a person with slurred speech had been hit and was bleeding. According to the report, EMS responded to the scene.

A caller in the 200 block of Bannister Street reported Saturday night people stole beer from his refrigerator. The report was under investigation.

A caller in the 600 block of Spruce Street reported Saturday night a subject was following her and a friend.

A 200-block East South Street caller requested EMS Saturday night for an assault.

A person was at the station early Sunday morning to report his sleeping bag had been stolen from Fostoria High School, 1001 Park Ave.

A 400-block North Main Street caller reported early Sunday morning smoke was coming out of a furnace.

A non-injury, hit-skip accident was reported Sunday morning in the 1000 block of West Market Street.
