A woman reported Monday afternoon prescription medication was stolen from her purse while she was at work in the 300 block of West Market Street.
A caller from the emergency room reported Monday afternoon a man who was being treated threatened to kill a doctor and then shoot himself. The man then left the hospital. The man was arrested on two warrants, according to reports from the Tiffin Police Department. Firelands Counseling and Recovery Services was contacted to see the man at the Seneca County jail.
A woman went to the station Tuesday afternoon to report a front license plate was taken off of her vehicle.
A caller in the 100 block of South Monroe Street reported finding drug paraphernalia Tuesday afternoon in a parking lot. A burnt spoon was located and disposed of by police.
Jeffrey A. Daniels, 36, of Fostoria, was charged with failure to register as a sex offender Monday.

An 800-block Woodward Avenue woman reported Monday afternoon her neighbor was beating on her door and threatening to kill her. A person was given a warning for disorderly conduct and trespassing.

A 700-block South Wood Street woman reported Monday night her house was broken into and all of her belongings were destroyed.
A 100-block East Eagle Street woman reported Monday night she caught a man breaking into her vehicle. He then fled on foot, she said. Nothing appeared to be missing from her vehicle. A man, William R. North, 24, of Fostoria, was taken into custody and positively identified by the East Eagle Street woman. He was charged with theft. A juvenile also was arrested early Tuesday morning after a 1000 block South Main Street woman reported someone ransacked her vehicle.
A 100-block East Fourth Street woman reported Tuesday morning her vehicle was broken into overnight. A wallet was taken.
A woman reported Tuesday morning her 10-year-old son was assaulted at a bus stop at East Fourth and South Main streets.
