Sebastian H.G. Patrick, 22, of Bloomville, was charged with operator’s license-none/expired Friday night.

A syringe was recovered from the area of the river Saturday afternoon.

Trey M. Sander, 19, of Fostoria, was charged with theft Saturday afternoon.

A woman reported Saturday evening two men were on the ground fist fighting in the 100 block of East Perry Street.

James L. Sikora, 52, of Tiffin, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, alcohol prohibited in parks and open container Saturday evening.

A syringe was found at West Perry and Benner streets Saturday evening.

William D. Reese, 26, of Tiffin, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated early Sunday morning.

A 100-block First Avenue man reported Sunday morning the theft of his bicycle from Clay Street.

A 200-block Ohio Avenue man reported Sunday afternoon his son pushed him out of the way.

A 100-block Washington Street woman reported Saturday night she thought somebody was on her enclosed back porch.

A 100-block West Eden Street woman reported Sunday afternoon a child threw a rock at her child.

A person at Sullivan and Diehl streets reported Sunday afternoon someone was messing with his car and then went in the house and threatened him. The person did not know the alleged offender, who was described as a man in his late 30s to early 40s wearing a dark sweatshirt and jeans. He was possibly intoxicated, according to a report.

A person at Kroger, 126 W. High St., reported Saturday evening a youth shoplifter.

A 500-block Stearns Road woman reported Saturday evening someone again had vandalized her vehicle.

A 100-block East Lytle Street woman reported early Sunday morning she was assaulted by her boyfriend.

A person reported early Sunday morning someone tried to break into a 500-block South Main Street residence.

An 800-block North Main Street man reported Sunday morning a man was stealing furniture off his porch.

County accidents

Katie M. Tiell, 16, of Tiffin, was cited with assured clear distance after an accident on South SR 100 Wednesday evening.

A person in the 200 block of State Street reported Saturday morning a vehicle was struck.

Fostoria accidents

Chris Perez Calderon, 18, of Fostoria, was cited with assured clear distance ahead after an accident on Van Buren Street April 16.

Dolorus A. Cromers, 55, of Fostoria, was cited with improper backing after an accident on West Center Street April 19.

Tiffin Fire Rescue Division had two squad runs Saturday evening, one squad run Saturday night and three squad runs Sunday morning. Clinton fire assisted Saturday evening.

Bloomville EMS and fire and the Echo unit had a squad run Sunday morning.

Bascom EMS and Bettsville fire had a squad run Sunday morning.
