Jeremy T. Clements, 35, of Fremont, was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia Wednesday.
A first-block Rebecca Street woman reported Wednesday night a TV and other electronic items were taken from her residence.
Chad E. Banks, of 27, of Tiffin, was charged with domestic violence after a woman flagged down an officer early Thursday morning to report she had been assaulted by her boyfriend. The woman had lacerations to her arm and face and an ambulance was sent to the scene. Banks said he had lacerations on his hands and face, but did not need an ambulance.
A 100-block Liberty Street man reported Thursday morning a man struck his sister and was trying to steal his son. A man was arrested and charged with persistent disorderly conduct, according to the report.
An anonymous caller reported Thursday morning a woman was placing donation cans around the city claiming they were for Hope Foundation. She was then keeping the money for herself, the caller said.
A first-block Ohio Avenue woman reported Thursday morning shoes were stolen off her porch overnight.
A 15-year-old boy from Tiffin was charged with disorderly conduct Thursday morning. A caller from North Central Academy, 928 W. Market St., had reported a boy was unruly and punched a couple students.
A woman reported Thursday morning a man who was repairing her vehicle took it out of state.
A 100-block East Fourth Street woman reported Wednesday night someone stole a bicycle from her porch. She said she knew who stole it. The suspect told police he did take the bike, but didn’t have it because it was stolen from him.
A 500-block Glenview Drive woman reported a phone scam Thursday morning.
A 400-block West Crocker Street woman reported Thursday morning her boyfriend assaulted her and would not allow her to leave the residence. When police arrived at the residence, the man fled out of a window. Charges are pending, according to the report.
Spencer R. Vermillion, 24, of Kenton, was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and violating traffic lanes Saturday.
Randy L. Myers, 21, of North Baltimore, was cited with improper backing following an accident Wednesday afternoon in the first block of Sycamore Street.
Bascom firefighters were called to West TR 114 Wednesday evening to assist Fostoria firefighters with a grass fire.
